Charges
Contact us by email or fax to make your hotel
reservation. Please allow 24 hours for reservation
to be completed: Monday to Friday and 48 hours for
bookings made on Saturday. If your reservation is
for an arrival within 28 days, we will send your
voucher and invoice by email or fax (if number is
provided) normally within 3 days. However, if you
have not received your voucher and invoice within 5
days please contact our office by telephone, fax or
email and we will re-send them. We are not
responsible for delays in email transmission or
problems with the recipient's fax. The client
accepts that our written confirmation and voucher
form the basis of our contract for the reservation.
IMPORTANT
We require the following information for bookings
within 72 hours or less, prior to arrival to your
New York hotel:
A) FAX NUMBER for the documents to be sent to.
B) A DAY TIME TELEPHONE NUMBER.
C) OUTSIDE OFFICE HOURS TELEPHONE NUMBER - OR A
MOBILE/CELLULAR PHONE NUMBER.
Full payment is due upon confirmation of
reservation. All reservations must be prepaid. All
payments are made in British Pound Sterling in
favour of Turquoise Tours and Travel Ltd. Payments
must be made by credit/debit card only by filling
the Reservation Form via fax. You will then receive
your voucher by fax with the address and telephone
number of the hotel.
The rates provided for you on this website are
available ONLY through Turquoise Tours and Travel
Ltd. Please DO NOT call the hotel direct, as they
WILL NOT have the same rates in their reservation
system.
Cancellations and amendments to confirmed bookings

Amendments and changes where EITHER the number of
rooms (irrespective of room type) OR the number of
nights decreases will be charged as above. An
Amendment must be confirmed back to you by one of
our consultants. If you have not received a
confirmation of the amendment within 24 hours after
submission, it means we have not received it and you
must resubmit it. All amendments are subject to
availability. Amendments directly made with the
hotels will not be accepted.
If you do not arrive at the accommodation on the
date on which you booked, then you will only be
entitled to amend the hotel reservation from the
time when Turquoise receives notification from you
during Turquoise's working hours. Our office hours
are Monday - Friday: 09:30 to 17:30. All such
amendments are subject to you incurring the charge
for the next twenty-four hours accommodation after
Turquoise's receipt of notification. If you leave
the accommodation earlier than the date on which you
booked to leave, then there will be no refund for
the unused portion of your stay.
Cancellations notified directly to the hotel will
not be effective. Requests for cancellations and
amendments must be made in writing to Turquoise
Tours & Travel.
Hotel reservations during Special Events/Major
Conference periods:

SPECIAL CONDITIONS WILL APPLY#
100% cancellation charges will apply to dates of
stay falling within a Fair/Exhibition period. For
dates of stay within the same booking, not falling
within the Fair period, our standard non-Fair period
cancellation and amendment conditions will apply.
Any changes or modifications for dates of stay
falling within a Fair or exhibition period will be
treated as cancellations and will incur charges as
above. The only exceptions to this will be where
additional rooms/beds/cots/nights are added to
existing confirmed rooms or nights.
During non-Fair/exhibition periods: Cancellation
charges will be applied in relation to the notice
period between notification of cancellation and the
date of stay at EACH hotel within a booking.
